Great for a summer internship. Loved the people I worked with but the compensation or product fit isnt great for the industry. However they have a great sdr training program and the management was outstanding.

High potential earnings. Gotta grind but the stress and uncertainty factors that go hand in hand with outcome and payment is draining. Too many factors out of your control play a part in earnings

Market is over saturated with brokers right now, so it’s a tough market to be selling in. I’ve been hearing the market will flip in the next 6 months, but not sure if that will be the case with how many brokers and carriers are in the market currently.
