Current Employee2.4May 2, 2024Compensation as a coverage team lead is pretty average, wasn’t enough to motivate me a significant amount. Once you become team lead in coverage you’re basically stuck. There’s nowhere else for you to get promoted unless your current boss happens to leave. My superiors and coworkers were pretty good people.
