Very impressive company. They have a high performance culture, so it's not for everyone, but if you buy in you'll have a real home with tons of vertical and horizontal growth to be had.

Compensation was recently switched from full/half variable commission to base salary + monthly bonus. Upper Management not very aligned with goals & procedure Success is dependent on current state of the logistics market (ebbs & flows)
