Glory days were long gone when I came on board, during the interview they kept talking about how most of the SE were hitting quota this quota that. Company was not hitting the desired metrics and eventually eliminated the commercial team which I was a part of and then they combined it with the SMB team.

My experience at Arctic Wolf was great prior to being laid off in a corporate restructure. The decision came with full coffers (took $400M last year in funding) and a track record of success.

-SDR Tech Bro Culture -Success dependent on AE and internal networking -Low pay for living in Minneapolis -Most SDR's have to work their tail off to hit quota
