Now that IBM has acquired, there is massive hiring and shrinking regions. 3 reps in a space where there was one. Multiple overlay managers. Only 10% hit quota in Europe in 2023, while the overall team made the number. In other words, quota and commission for individuals is not balanced.

Overall experience is FANTASTIC, 100 out of 10. Best culture I’ve experienced. Wake up feeling excited going to work and see my wonderful colleagues. I only rate incentive structure at 3/5 because I came from a sales background. SDR or AE will have a better money incentive plan than SE - this is expected.
