Applied system was an amazing place to work. Lately, leadership has introduced a large quota increase, along with reduced benefits. they will No longer pay for cell phone or internet, and have raised the bar for presidents club. The writing is in the wall - Applied will become a burn and churn sales org.

Working in silos is expected even within the same department. Many people recreating the same wheel and can’t or won’t share information for fear of being fired. The company has a no fire policy, meaning low performers will receive no merit and they silently fire you. High performers are then left to pick up the slack and work more.
