Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Working in silos is expected even within the same department. Many people recreating the same wheel and can’t or won’t share information for fear of being fired. The company has a no fire policy, meaning low performers will receive no merit and they silently fire you. High performers are then left to pick up the slack and work more. Discrimination runs rampant. My best advice is hoard information, the more you hoard the more valuable you are. Browse Other Reviews
