Working at AppDynamics has been a rewarding experience. The company offers a strong product portfolio in the application performance monitoring space, which makes it easier to sell to enterprise clients. The sales culture is competitive but collaborative, and leadership provides clear guidance and support. Compensation is solid, with good OTE potential and commission structure, especially if you’re able to exceed quota. The work-life balance can be challenging at times due to the high expectations, but the team environment and growth opportunities make it worthwhile
