From a comp perspective they’re fine. What was most challenging was their immature/unacceptable approach to prospecting and handling customers. My time there was brief and leadership was throwing stuff at the wall to see what stuck. Every 30 days the direction changed, responsibilities changed and KPIs changed. Was very messy. Overall, product is fantastic. Coworkers had your back. Easily get along with teammates for continued learning. Only drawback is room for growth was limited.
