In an industry with already a high amount of turnover, Angi has an incredibly high turnover rate. It's a great place to cut your teeth and has a lot of access to people without sales experience which is great. But since the place experiences so much turnover they are almost entirely desensitized to people leaving. The experience I have had on my team is they do little to avoid burnout and disenfranchisement. I can't fault them for being only concerned about the bottom line because what sales job isn't, but some teams have an attitude of do or die and don't care about your results if you haven't done it the way they want you to do it.

My overall experience was in 3 years ago. This company was very good at that time but I hear they are going under major changes. Doesn't look like you could make the same money as before.

If you close you will do very well. Pretty easy job if you stay focused
