Former Employee3.0Jul 29, 2024Used to be great- Leadership has turned over several times at this point and lots of big changes were made hastily, only to be forced to turn them back and go a different direction. As a result, the company has been forced to lower pay for nearly all sales reps and managers substantially while imposing tighter restrictions on metrics
