Used to be great- Leadership has turned over several times at this point and lots of big changes were made hastily, only to be forced to turn them back and go a different direction. As a result, the company has been forced to lower pay for nearly all sales reps and managers substantially while imposing tighter restrictions on metrics

My overall experience is that this company is retooling after taking a huge hit in the market. It's making strides in the right direction. The product is solid and only getting better.
