I would not recommend Angi as a company to work for. Their base pay of $17.50 per hour in 2024 is not competitive for someone with 3-5 years of work experience. In addition, the incentive structure is unreasonable, as representatives rarely hit their target, which makes it difficult to earn additional compensation. Therefore, I strongly advise against applying for or accepting an interview to work for this company.
