Company is on a sharp decline. Cut everyone's overall compensation by over 30% across the sales org. In many ways it's more than 30% factoring in the lack of inbound opportunities that were once there. Overall laziness from upper management, haven't addressed our negative reviews and bad reputation, have not fixed the issues with the lead quality, extreme micromanagement, required to hit 3 hours of talk time daily regardless of sales output or you're placed on a PEP. They do not treat their employees with dignity and respect, they breath down your throat and then wonder why there is no respect for the leadership. Last company wide meeting with the VP showed how few people respect the sales VP anymore and their lack of empathy was apparent. The glory days here are gone, stay very far away!

My experience when they were Angie's List was amazing! Once Home Advisor took over, it all went down hill and they let go of all of the best sales people from Angie's List. I would have stayed here a lot longer than four years had Angie's List still be in operation.
