Tenured company with a lot of internal support. Size makes it tough sometimes because there’s so many teams. Commision plan vary depending on team but typically not great. Base is better than average.

My overall experience was challenging. The company was an established name in the industry with a smart, diverse leadership team. Our division was used to doing business like it always had and their conservative approach to supporting the folks in the field with tools / tech was as a bit too slow for my taste. The role was not a good fit.

Don't do it. It's not a good place to be. Incredibly liberal and controlling. We were not allowed to say, "Hey guys" in Slack because that's not gender inclusive.
