Quite good, it helped launch my career in sales and more specifically account management. It was the tried and tested structure of the company, that made it all kinda work in my opinion. Executive leadership had more than just a strategy, but a roadmap that the strategy fed into.

Leadership is political. Draconian COVID policies. Threatening atmosphere. Lack of confidence organization wide about job security.
