Current lack of clear strategy in division is challenging, Leadership fed ideas but doe not act often. Clear ability to influence from ground level but changes take a long time.

Company is struggling globally and to offset costs and keep executive level salaries high it's off boarding employees globally and sacrificing projects. Even clients that require onshore resources are being lied to and offshore engineers are being used.

This company is best for mediocre salespeople. High achievers are not recognized or rewarded commensurately. I'd rate this company as a last resort for an accomplished professional. The one high spot is that the benefits are gold-plated, the best I've seen in many years.
