Leadership needs to learn how to deal with the ups and downs of sales. Been great for several years but this economy is bringing people in at 70-90% attainment and leadership acts like it’s 10%……very poorly managed in the large segments.

Less about selling deals for end of month and closing a bunch of contracts (except if its ProServe) and more about driving consumption of services.
