Peers are amazing. Executive leadership is indecisive and change management is the worst of my career. Compensation is high for the industry and worth staying until you hit an RSU cliff.

There is not much to say. The incentive is to try and sell and go to the next customer. Unfortunately the culture doesn’t allow us to actually enjoy our jobs.

I would avoid the CSC if you can. Other areas of AWS are great; the CSC is riddled with entitlement and poor leadership.
