Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The base may not seem to be the highest at face value but so much of your variable compensation is virtually guaranteed due to existing revenue. It’s the first company that I’ve seen that actually sandbags in terms of compensation because there are so many incentives that aren’t mentioned in your salary package.
People are actually quite nice and helpful partially because I think they genuinely hire nice people but also the employee evaluation process encourages and rewards it. There’s virtually no competition between teammates but rather collaboration is encouraged
