With the total compensation (including RSUs which vest over 4 years) the compensation is fantastic. The culture and leadership is very draining, but if you are looking for a way to make great money and can put up with the rest, overall, its worth it. I left, but happy that I was there for 4 years.

+ Vast portfolio + credits/poc available for all types of customers - favouritism within the teams - firing overachievers in order to indirectly oblige the TMs to work for more - leadership principles used to abuse employees - hiring people with inaccurate background for those specific roles
