Pretty mismanaged overall, moving targets, and little communication on changes within the org. Direct manager was solid, but too many decisions being made at higher levels affecting day to day and customer programs to keep up with leading to a lot of negative outcomes.

AWS is still a great place to work after 4 years, I enjoy the sales culture, people I work with, and the company continues to deliver for customers. Once you establish yourself at AWS, you can take your career anywhere internally or externally as I have been promoted 3 times during my tenure. The downsides to consider, culture is very different than other companies...Read More
