Great team & individuals - horrible internal processes. Culture is eroding.

Leadership is weak, very product focused. The motivation is very low and the manager does not help to foster a good working environment. Because of internal hiring freeze, there is no option to move positions and everyone is stuck here

Great resume builder. You have to be up for the challenge and push yourself. Amazon is great company if you'd like to move around (role and location wise). Pushes you to think outside the box. Not great for employees who are just looking to get by because you will be pushed out.
