Overall, I enjoyed my time at AWS. It was a diverse workplace with lots of interesting projects and inspiring leaders. The layoffs in Spring 2023 impacted me which gave me a negative outlook since I was a high performer within my segment. This also brought a lot of doubt around leader's comments of me being a great fit for the role. After the layoff, I very much felt like "just a number."

Overall I had a great experience at AWS. The org I was in had a great culture and the sales teams were very talented and supportive. I enjoyed everyone I worked with and the variety of companies you interact with week to week.
