Great experience, no end-of-quarter/year pressure compared to companies selling licenses, solution sells quite easily especially with "engaged", Quotas are generally achievable (between +20% and 30% growth required), with even the worst sales achieving 85%. There's a strong company culture that's ingrained at all levels.

Very toxic environment. Post COVID they are just creating a political environment where you have the show that guy are very busy but in reality you are basically doing very little impactful work. Nepotism is at its peak. Favorites are preferred.
