overall experience was ok, company is exciting but it depends on the team you have an management. Culture can be toxic in places. There is a lot of pressure and many people look miserable or under a lot of pressure. Some people can make good money but it is becoming more challenging.

Leadership is weak, very product focused. The motivation is very low and the manager does not help to foster a good working environment. Because of internal hiring freeze, there is no option to move positions and everyone is stuck here

Good experience overall, although leadership has been changing in the lats year, and the "Day 0" culture (innovation, quirky, etc.) is changing to "Day 1" i.e. bringing lots of people from traditional dinosaurs. I guess this is expected as companies grow to massive sizes, and talent runs out.
