My overall experience is amazing. It’s a tough job but you have dedicated individuals who will go out of their way to ensure you are meeting your quota. As well as account managers who will take the time to both educate you and lean on you for support which created a collaborative eco system of success. The leadership is out of touch with the business and the culture at AWS is pretty toxic. Ability to earn incentive comp is limited by the 2024 comp plan. It’s like they want AMs to leave the business.
