AWS is great for its customer, incredible products and brand. It increasingly treats it's employee poorly, which gets worse year on year. The redundancies have gutted important team, for example revenue operations leaving reps with commission for over 12 months. AWS also makes awful leadership hires... ex start up CEOs cannot run sales organizations.

My overall experience has been OK—love hate relationship. I appreciate the LPs and culture Amazon tries to create, but AWS is hugely lacking structure and organization needed to be efficient and effective in sales.
