It’s an interesting place to work, can’t really control if you hit quota but the pay and benefits are good.

My experience was generally positive, AWS is great at finding the work you love and giving you more of that work than you can imagine. As you would expect that is a double edged sword at 45 years old I can honestly say I’ve never worked this hard, this much, felt so much pressure or missed so much personal life.
