SAs and AMs are beyond talented and great to work with. Leadership ruins the experience as they operate like politicians in corporate, promoting favorites who cannot sell, and consistently handing down pointless tasks to sellers that take away from revenue generating activities. I recommend joining directly as an AM or not at all - not worth it to try to climb the latter.
