Current Employee3.3Sep 16, 2023Culture has taken a nosedive in the last 6-12 months. Used to be the best job I’ve had, now it’s pretty grim and miserable. Leadership needs to learn how to deal with the ups and downs of sales. Been great for several years but this economy is bringing people in at 70-90% attainment and leadership acts like it’s 10%……very poorly managed in the large segments.

Cons: Expect constant organizational shifts, manager changes, your goals to change mid-year, lack of development and training, and to be siloed from team/management.
