Trash experience. Negotiate heavy up front and always document everything you do. Promotion process is absolutely terrible and you change managers every quarter.

Like goose eggs, not very exciting, leadership was annoying, hard to deal with and overall satisfaction was low. Amazon is a great company and the people are smart. It all depends on how you actually fit in with everyone that will either set you up for success or not.

Beware of this division on the 3P management side, horrible leadership, and culture. You are nothing but a number to them. You will get zero encouragement and there is no leading with empathy and compassion. Motivated through fear of keeping your job on subjective targets they can move the goal posts on at anytime.
