Former Employee3.4Dec 2, 2024My overall experience was positive, but I left due to RTO mandate which will be 5 days a week starting 2025. Amazon Business is still growing quickly and has a lot of growth still to go! Great place to accelerate your career!

Former Employee3.1Sep 13, 2023You might be able to hit your target, but your compensation is not based on hitting your target. Everyone is given a base and then RSUs / bonus structure for the first 4 years. I far exceeded by quota in Y1 but since it was my first year they did not offer bonuses or additional compensation. A lot of room for improvement with management and culture.

Current Employee2.4Jan 4, 2024The Customer Advisor/AE role offers no bonus incentive and a low base salary. Compensation is front loaded with a “signing” to make up for the lack of RSU vesting. Recruiters mislead candidates on the promotion requirements. Return to office requirements for employees who were hired as remote are now a compensation loss.
