The team is great. Very collaborative and super smart. They are still working out variable comp and quotas but overall it’s a great place to work.

You might be able to hit your target, but your compensation is not based on hitting your target. Everyone is given a base and then RSUs / bonus structure for the first 4 years. I far exceeded by quota in Y1 but since it was my first year they did not offer bonuses or additional compensation. A lot of room for improvement with management and culture.
