Current Employee4.1Jul 19, 2024Great culture and work/life flexibility. Pay is good but not great as AB's total comp plan does not include commission. It is structured as a base + 2 year sign-on bonus (cash) + RSU's that vest over 4 years. After year 2, it is just base + RSU's.

Former Employee3.4Dec 2, 2024My overall experience was positive, but I left due to RTO mandate which will be 5 days a week starting 2025. Amazon Business is still growing quickly and has a lot of growth still to go! Great place to accelerate your career!
