My overall experience was positive, but I left due to RTO mandate which will be 5 days a week starting 2025. Amazon Business is still growing quickly and has a lot of growth still to go! Great place to accelerate your career!

You might be able to hit your target, but your compensation is not based on hitting your target. Everyone is given a base and then RSUs / bonus structure for the first 4 years. I far exceeded by quota in Y1 but since it was my first year they did not offer bonuses or additional compensation. A lot of room for improvement with management and culture.

Very "cliquey". Senior leadership (I.e. at the country manager level) is not dictating the right KPI's and creating too many goals for sales reps to adhere to. Since there are no commissions, sales are expected to meet unrealistic meeting goals.
