Quotas consistently increased quarter over quarter while only 25% of the team achieved. There’s a lack of transparency from the sales leadership - also a lot of politics and egos. Hard to find truly good mentors and strong leaders who have the team’s respect.

Great base and good place to sit around at for a year to get paid to make calls and sell nothing. No inbound leads. Territories consist of 1 man shops that will never expand but you have to email them everyday and make 40 outbound a day minimum. Management would’ve tanked this company if the software wasn’t so great

Altium is a weird company. The base is fine but the whole strategy for sales needs to be overhauled. We have to make way too many calls for the number of clients we have and we basically harrass the clients calling them every week even if they clearly state they don’t need anything for months.
