Good product on prem-shaky in the cloud. Poor leadership, increasing accountability measures, plenty of folks to tell you to do the job without telling you HOW. Alteryx has burned out customers with high rep turnover and failed to meet expectations for the product development.

Good place to start and entry level role in sales. Still questionable about upward mobility and internal promotion. Good base pay, decent culture, and healthy compensation plan. It’ll be interesting to see how leadership and vision for the company changes, if at all, to tackle the challenges they faced in 2023. Overall, good company to work for.
