Great culture but volatile comp plan. As an SDR hitting your goal should be attainable with a reasonable amount of work if it is sub 100k/year. On half it is the second half it is not. Do I need to go get a second job?

My overall experience has been very positive. Alteryx provides a great product and sales reps are provided with a fair amount of autonomy to run their business as they see fit.
