- No real GTM strategy on how to compete with the established DA players except on price and some feature/function play.
- Many long timers who should have been moved along - new ideas and ways of thinking are not well received.
- No real culture - benefits are below par and processes are quite random (mainly due to the long timers needing to protect their jobs)
- On the bright side, great for stability, just do the basics and keep cruising
- Great place to learn a few things in a no-pressure environment and then move along
