Frustrating. Comp structure was difficult. Inbound was almost non existent with BDR's out of Mexico. Lack of marketing support as well.

Happy to leave. 0 management and sales quota were not distributed at right time. Always late. And when you had hit a good quota, management was changing numbers to lower your compensation
