Overall my experience at AlphaSense has generally been positive. Leadership for the account management team is strong but I have mixed views on other sales leaders at the organization. AM's compensation structure has been made worse in regards to Multiyears/ certain upsells which has been a point of frustration across the org. The product is very strong but missing some financial data access to make it a need have.

Be prepared to source 90% of your own deals. Poor sales leadership that “lead” with a culture and fear and micromanagement.
