Overall my experience at AlphaSense has generally been positive. Leadership for the account management team is strong but I have mixed views on other sales leaders at the organization. AM's compensation structure has been made worse in regards to Multiyears/ certain upsells which has been a point of frustration across the org. The product is very strong but missing some financial data access to make it a need have.

My overall experience is average at AS. The culture is not great, a bit of "white boys club", the market fit is not great and it is hard to sell the solution while the average size of the deal is low. In the meantime, there is a high turnaround of people and ELT blaming AEs when something is not working. Sales driven org and not much attention to the product...Read More
