It is a great starter job but not a career by any means. You hit the ceiling in your role as new business about 3 years in. No opportunity for growth. Low base and rarely receive raises. When you do it is very, very minimal.

Recently started. If you are looking for entry way into Property & Casualty insurance it is a good start. they have a pension and 401k with match up to 3%. tuition reimbursement through Guild up to $5,250 per year.
