If you just want to sell by yourself instead of as a part of a team, probably not the place for you. It’s a large Org and has many different product lines. Senior sales professionals who can work well in team environments do very well here; lone wolf types do not.

Former Employee2.0Jul 10, 2023Sr Leadership moved the goal posts and changed territories 4 times in 2 years. It is extremely difficult to be successful when the rules change so often. You can work for months to gain access into these large accounts and then have to give them up with the next version of changes. The product bag was also reduced to sell products Alight is not known for.
