Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall experience has been very poor. Impotent leadership ability from the top down has created a repeating cycle of employing the same failing tactics with a new label and a rotating door of leadership personnel.
The product is suited for large enterprise. Trying to move down market has proven very difficult due to being 3-5X the cost of competition. Account management has lacked completely for the past 3-4 years causing strained customer relationships. Browse Other Reviews
