With the new office opening up in May 2024, they have come up with something called True Flexible Hybrid which involves remote+hybrid but in a way that does not feel forced.
This year there was a decline on the metric on how the company cares about employees' well being so they are really focused on improving that.
The best thing by far is the culture, you will work with the most empathetic colleagues and compassionate leaders, can confidently say that for the sales team at least!
