No one hits quota, its impossible to make any money as a BDR. There is no growth, too; the product is very, very niche.

Its a great time to join in as a BDR as the focus is laser sharp now, the company has a better direction. With the new office opening up in May 2024, they have come up with something called True Flexible Hybrid which involves remote+hybrid but in a way that does not feel forced.
