Compensation is competitive, but benefits are lacking. Product is not viewed as a market leader by Gartner / Forrester. Strategic direction of the organization is a bit cloudy and has seemingly changed once or twice over the last few years. If you're a seasoned seller and can prospect, you should be able to find some success. Newbies beware.

The leaders here are managers. It’s a very toxic culture and it’s just in bits in EMEA. The EVP has serious small man issues.
