Its a great time to join in as a BDR as the focus is laser sharp now, the company has a better direction. With the new office opening up in May 2024, they have come up with something called True Flexible Hybrid which involves remote+hybrid but in a way that does not feel forced. The leaders here are managers. It’s a very toxic culture and it’s just in bits in EMEA. The EVP has serious small man issues.
