The company was a market leader in the MDR space. Since the acquisition, Fortra hasn’t provided the same leadership and investment in order to grow and maintain their position and brand recognition. They need to invest in the product and service together with their employees to ensure they can begin to regain some of the market.

Alert Logic was a great company and top relevancy in the MDR space. After being acquired by HelpSystems and then rebranded to Fortra, business declined considerably. We lost our marketing department, SDR team was let go along with our partner/alliance team.
