Good product market fit. This is a good place to start your career if you want to learn how to cold call. Not the easiest job in the world but a skill worth learning. CEO has a good vision for where the company is going, and there is potential for big things but the sales team has some kinks to work out. Turnover is high in the sale dept due to high call volume expectations and lack of quota attainment, but the other departments seem to really enjoy their team. Final word - Go in make your money, stay away from office politics and you'll do fine!

I can’t express the gratitude I’ve had for the people on this sales team. Together all growing from the ground up. I feel unheard by leadership and there is no room for adding your own style to your calls, emails, sequences. There will be a huge cycle of turnover if reps aren’t properly trained and developed.
